Refund Policy

Digital Services & Photography

Due to the custom and digital nature of photography services, delivered images, downloadable content, completed editing work, and fulfilled digital services are generally non-refundable.

Subscription Billing

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle through your personal cabinet or support. Canceling stops future charges but does not automatically refund previous payments already processed.

Trials & Renewals

Free or discounted trial periods automatically convert into paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial expires.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support within 7 days of the transaction. Verified duplicate or unauthorized charges may be refunded after review.

Chargeback Policy

Please contact support before initiating a payment dispute with your bank. Stripe transaction records, service logs, and delivery confirmations may be used to contest fraudulent or abusive chargebacks.
